Course to learn leadership as a facilitator (about 75 hours)

■ Target Participants
Those who have participated in intensive training at least once and are actually active as drum circle facilitators​

We meet 3-4 days before the intensive training to learn the theory of mentorship, and after thatLearn leadership while actually mentoring intensive trainees (mentees). Not only as a drum circle facilitator, but also in your own company, school, community, etc., you will deepen your learning about the way you are and your own subconscious.
