VMC Japan Playshop has become the technical framework of my DCF.

Of the past five courses before taking the mentorship training in 2015, the first three will be the technical foundation, and the next two will be members of the executive committee, learning as a behind-the-scenes support for participants' learning. Has deepened.

The first mentorship training in Japan held in Nakajima, Ehime Prefecture in April and May 2015 was a long-term training with the determination that I would survive on the path of DCF.

During training, there is little lecture from trainer Arthur and Jim.

I can't even hit the tyco. There is only a question from Jim. He responds to that question, talks to his peers, brushes up, notices the contents of the large, large underwater foundation that supports the visible part of the iceberg, and raises it. As with DC, the participants themselves resolve their doubts and anxieties and become clearer so that the fog will gradually clear over time without showing any conclusions, which is exactly the basis of DCF. It was the mystery of a certain "teach without teaching, learn without learning".

Know your present, cherish it, be interested in the icebergs of mentees (people involved in mentorship) with a certain intention, and ask yourself and the other person to move in a better direction. Continue.

By making this mentoring routine a habit at a rhythm event, I thought that the rhythm would become more peaceful and warm. I feel that I understand that that is the purpose of this mentorship training, although it is somehow bonny on the last day.

And what was intense was the closing ceremony with the friends who went through this mentorship training.

I was so impressed with the unexpected development that I was in an extreme state. The content became a hard secret among the mentor students, and they were able to connect with each other with a deep bond.

This method and its effect, which deepens learning from what happens on the spot without intentionally showing the content, and this program design process were also one of the major learnings this time. On top of that, a large study of mentorship training the most are "continue to learn their own way". Best wishes for your success as a DCF.
