About the social gathering
After the seminar, a social gathering will be held near 1-3 Sanbancho, Matsuyama City.

About community drum circles
The day after the seminar, a community drum circle will be held at the seminar venue.
Toki: Sunday, August 22nd, 2-4 pm
Place: Ehime Children's Castle Ehime Children's Center
Participation fee: Free
・ Cancellation fee is 60% from 7 days before and 100% from 3 days before.
・ About refund of participation fee in bad weather (when force majeure)
――― In the following cases, the participation fee excluding the refund transfer fee will be refunded even if the cancellation fee has expired.
(1) When transportation is delayed or canceled due to bad weather such as typhoons, heavy fog, and snowfall.
(2) When transportation is delayed or canceled due to force majeure such as an earthquake or flood.
(3) When it is difficult to go out due to the issuance of a state of emergency. * Personal reasons and judgments are not covered.
・ If an emergency declaration regarding the new Corona is issued, the seminar may be canceled or postponed.
・ We will measure and disinfect at the entrance.
・ If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you will be refused admission.
・ In addition, please take measures against corona such as wearing a mask.
・ Windows may be opened for ventilation at the venue.
